Absentia
I've been off the blog lately as I have been preparing for an interview for a full-time teaching position. So far I've only been a TA and part-time instructor, so I am bracing for a highly intense interview by a committee this week. I have to do a presentation and have an hour of questioning afterwards. That's the way of it in academia! Wish me luck! More soon....

good luck, allison! isn't the whole thing fun? I just got offered funding to TA starting next year. freshman comp! will it be hard to balance a full-time teaching load while dissertating?
